No Service Levels
Every customer job is treated with the same high level of urgency and customer service as the next. Deliver where you want, when you want and how you want (will fill with gas, wash, facilitate basic maintenance if/ as requested).
Fair and Competitive Pricing
We make our rates as all-inclusive as possible so there are no price surprises at the end of a job. We do not charge extra fees or surcharges for any of the following potential move-related activities: vehicle fueling ,chase vehicle hook-up, use of our own license (dealer) plates
(if required), etc... If expenses for vehicle repair/ maintenance are required enroute, we'll
obtain permission from you prior to making any purchases.
Training and Safety
Training is an essential requirement for all drivers with DSS, starting with new driver orientation and initial safety training. DSS is dedicated to a comprehensive safety policy to ensure the
safety of all DSS employees, sub-contractors, assets, customers, and the communities and
environments in which we operate. Our Safety Policy has been developed and operates to
ensure DSS meets or exceeds provincial, Canadian, and US regulations and standards for
safety and safety compliance.
Versatility
Whether you are moving a single passenger car or a fleet of multi-axel trucks across town or across North America, we have the experience and capability to perform your move on time
and on budget. Is your vehicle not driveable? Prefer it not be driven?
We can move it via trailer if you wish!
Insurance Coverage
We feel this is an important fact to disclose as some companies offering drive-away services do not maintain the appropriate coverages to protect your property while in their possession should an unforeseen situation occur. All our drivers are insured under DSS’s insurance policy which includes up to $5 million in coverage.
